This is what month to month progress looks like. Emily has been following the meal plan provided by Jenn Kuzmowich, training with Jenn at Bluewater Beach Fitness and on her own with Jenn’s personalized workout plans. So proud of Emily’s perseverance and consistency, which is key to success!
Amanda
Amanda participated in the 10 week fat loss challenge and came away with the win! While the challenge was over 10 weeks, Amanda’s journey started 2 years ago. This journey has not been easy with the ups and downs of the pandemic, but she persisted, changing her body composition, losing weight, and increasing her athleticism moving easily through the gym where it used to be a struggle.
Always beautiful, inside and out, Amanda is now comfortable with letting her beauty shine. A key message at Bluewater Beach Fitness is that consistency and accountability are fundamental. Having a trainer and having guidance always helps, but you also have to be ready to take the journey!
We are so proud of Amanda and we look forward to continuing to watch her succeed.
Penny
Penny has pushed so hard to lose weight, get in shape, and build muscle. She has been focused and committed and that definitely shows. Not only did Penny commit to her workout schedule, she also participated in the fat loss challenge and came in second place. Penny is an outstanding woman both inside and out who has pushed hard to reach her goal. As Penny completes one phase of her journey, we are excited for the next phase.

As we age, it’s easy to blame time, life changes, or our bodies for holding us back—but Chelsea Kincaide proves that excuses don’t define us. With effort, discipline, and consistency, she’s achieved a healthier, stronger body than ever before—even better than in her twenties!
I first met Chelsea when I moved to Coldwater. She came by with a neighbor to welcome me, and her kindness left a lasting impression. What I didn’t realize at the time was that she was on her own journey to transform her health and lifestyle.
Chelsea’s story began with a simple change: cutting out alcohol. That alone helped her shed some weight and gain momentum. From there, she started making better food choices and incorporated cardio into her routine. Once she was ready, Chelsea joined my nutrition program, which was tailored specifically to her goals and food preferences.
Step by step, she added weight training, built muscle, and improved her body composition—all while maintaining a balanced and realistic approach. Chelsea didn’t dive into everything at once. Instead, she made sustainable changes that worked for her.
Today, Chelsea leads a healthy, energized lifestyle with proper nutrition, cardio, and weight training as part of her daily routine. She’s happier, more confident, and undeniably looks incredible—better than ever before!
